python -m ptz_tracker_modular.app

Optional env:

  • YOLO_WEIGHTS=/path/to/weights.pt
  • CAM_<ID>_PASSWORD=... for every camera id

Dependencies: opencv-python, torch, ultralytics, websockets, requests, numpy.
